On Friday October 8, I had a residential carbon monoxide problem. A National Fuel inspector confirmed a CO presence caused by a possible obstruction in the chimney liner andor vent pipe. Several hours later a furnace technician had disassembled the furnace vent pipe from chimney liner. There was a total blockage of the chimney liner, which was caused by squirrels chewing through the aluminum chimney cap and building nests in the liner. The furnace tech informed me it was my problem, to have the chimney cleaned. Calls to several chimney-cleaning firms proved fruitless. The soonest I could expect help was the following week. I then called GAZPRO. I stated my problem and shortly received a return call from the office. By Saturday morning, your firm had inspected my situation, discussed my options, recommended materials and quoted me the job cost. At 1:00 PM Saturday October 9, the technicians started the job and finished at 6:30 PM. The job conditions presented several glitches, yet they worked through the problems to ensure a top-notch installation. In spite of their personal Saturday evening commitments, for which they were late, their only concern was the quality completion of the job. As a finishing touch, they cleaned and vacuumed, leaving my basement area cleaner than when they started. My 42-year business career gives me some qualification to judge performance. GAZPRO demonstrated the highest of performance standards. I strongly recommend GAZPRO. |

The sales presentation was excellent. You came in person, and examined the chimney while I was here. You not only put your proposal in written form, but also showed me pictures and samples for the work that you were proposing. You also gave me a stack of written references from satisfied customers. Wow! Your estimate was not the cheapest approach to the solution of my chimney problems. It was, I believe, the most comprehensive, and the best approach that was proposed. One of the other companies would not come while I was home. The other came while I was home, but he only believed that he had the solution, he could not guarantee his work. Neither put anything in written form. Producing more than one reference took some time. Your men came on an earlier date than I expected. Sooner was better. They were clean, well mannered, and very professional. We’ve gad some heavy rain since the work was done. Everything appears to be fine. |
